I am still waiting for someone from Telkom to call or just email me to give me feedback , still no respond but were billed again in October 2018 like I stated the rooter is at my home not installed yet but I am waiting for my account to be sorted out .I were waiting close to 9 months for this and still no response

Telkom must now come to the party and sort this out ASAP
