WHY YOU SUSPENDED MY NUMBER

I am totally disappointed by Telkom incompetence, it's truly disgusting to know that Telkom customer service continues to be the worse ever. Telkom suspended my line saying that my account is not up to date however my account is up to date and I have sent them proof that my account is up to date countless times but still. This proves that Telkom is pathetic lousy company, I saying this because I emailed, I called, log a complaint to their website and even went to the store, so now you understand when I say they remain the most disrespectful customer oriented company ever.
