Why you gotta force me?

Had an upgrade due for my phone so I upgraded to a sim only deal. After that I’ve had about 4 calls asking me to take further deals the last consultant was exceptionally rude and basically forced the conversation. The only choice I had was to react rudely and cut the call. That’s unacceptable four calls for so called loyalty rewards!!!
