Why would you just kill peoples numbers assuming they'll never use it again.

I canceled my contract and was told my number will go prepaid. I then woke up this morning and my number is dead. I tried calling in to your call center 6 times today and whenever I explain the story the agent mysteriously disappears and the call ends. I had this number for more than 10 years and it seems like Telkom just threw it in the trash and I can no longer user it. Thanks Telkom. I will now move all my other numbers to another provider.
