Why was my account debited on the 29th instead of the 1st of the month?

I would like to know why my account was debited on the 29th of this month instead of the signed agreement first working day of the month? This has caused an honoring of payment charge by my bank of R220. Please can you advise!

This is not what i signed up for! Why must i now pay that R220?
