Why Telkom is *******

Where do I begin... Telkom is one of the most affordable, if not the most affordable, network provider you can go for in terms of contract prices but they really do make you feel that 100 difference in the price you would pay for one of the trusted service providers like Vodacom. Telkom is poor in terms of service both in store and via the call Centre. Since the beginning of my contract it has been an uphill battle for something that is as simple as 123 but not for the cheap service of telkom. I have been incorrectly billed every single month I have been billed often when calling the call Centre no one seems to know what’s going on from the sales consultants all the way to the supervisors at the call Centre and the same can be said for In store consultants. This telkom contract has been the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life and I would advise anyone looking to go for a cell contract to rather go for Vodacom you pay more but it’s worth it to get decent service. Telkom is honestly the worst I have ever experienced and has violated terms of the contract several times please I advise you, do not go for telkom you’re better of with any other networ****
