Why Telkom is loosing business

Got a phone call from Telkom call center and they offered 10 Mbps uncapped fibre for R649 pm. In turn I can give up one LTE contract. Decided to take it but then I received an SMS of the installation address in Somerset West and I stay in Pretoria. Phoned the call center about 10 times but the SMS's keep coming through with the wrong address. Went to a Telkom mobile shop and they tried to help but unfortunately the request was for a Somerset exchange and said it cannot be changed to Pretoria. I'll have to cancel it and re-open a new request. The fibre special was in July and the system cannot open a new request based on July's specials. Decided to cancel the whole thing and will see what other ISP's offer.
