Why telkom

Telkom at first used to send an sms to notify you they are increasing your monthly spend limit and you had an option to reply no for it not to go through.<br> <br> Now they just increase your spend limit without you knowing. Now I owe R20 because you use it without knowing that you have a spend limit that's been increased without you knowing.<br> It could have easily been R100 or R500 who knows what they increased it to.<br> <br> I do not want my R20 back.<br> <br> I just need a valid reason why telkom thinks it is OK to change my monthly spend limit for me without notifying me.<br> <br> Is it because you received some inside information I don't know that makes you think I want to pay more?
