Why should'nt i choose Telkom as my service provider?

Why should'nt i choose Telkom as my service provider? Because they will rob you!

Telkom, would reel you in with all there fancy packages for Home and business deals. All fun and games in the start, with the excitement of getting something you think is a "GOOD DEAL". However it's not.

I began using telkom just over 2 years now, and it's been nothing but running back and forth, whether it's regarding their services at customer care or logging a dispute with them. From my experience, the only time i had immediate response from them is when i requested an upgrade because the service that i took was too slow. And that's when they got me.

I have been paying for services i did not use any more from the 01/10/2020 and today i received an invoice to pay for an amount higher than R5000.00 for a 10mb Home ADSL i cancelled months ago. After logging multiple disputes, with many references, not a single thing was done about the situation. I made calls to the relevant department and they mention to me numerous times that no dispute was ever logged in the first place.

TELKOM WHEN WILL YOU CANCEL THE SERVICES I DO NOT USE?
