WHY SHOULD CORRECTING MY NAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS BE SUCH A HUGE TASK? PART 2

Further to my earlier complaint entitled "WHY SHOULD CORRECTING MY NAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS BE SUCH A HUGE TASK?" I have made two further phone calls to try obtain the correction. During both phone calls, again despite following the instructions on the phone to get to the correct authority, I have been told that some other authority handles it. My phones battery ran out after waiting for 57 minutes for a "consultant" to answer. So the matter still remains unresolved. Please reduce the above rating from three stars to five blots.
