Why sell if you cant deliver - TELKOM LIES LIES LIES
<p>Telkom had the 10mb uncapped ADSL special in January for R799. This came with a modem and wifi repeater. After signing up for a 24month contract for this special, i have still not yet received my wifi repeater. Week after week i am told next week, next week. When you call the call centre you are told they will get back to you but never ever do. How can telkom advertise and promise customers devices when they dont have. Is it so difficult to get these from the suppliers? But telkom was very quick to charge me for free devices.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been **** to by all the telkom staff from call centre to back office and even the telkom store.</p> <p>Really frustrated now</p>

I rep**** to the message as per the provided email address and have still not heard anything from telkom. What is the use if supplying information as requested when there is no feedback. Again telkom proves the customer is nothing
