Why not to take out a TM contract

Hi,<br> <br> My girlfriend had an issue with her s4 mini where there was nothing on the screen we went to TM Sandton and the lady tells us we need to go to Samsung,we go to Samsung they tell us we need proof of purchase and need to go to Telkom .We go to Telkom and we experienced the rudest person ever who says to us she cannot help as we did not buy the phone from that store .We ask her if she can call the Benoni store to send the prrof of purchase and she calls her friend Reagan who comes there and tells us what if they do not answer.Any person with common sense would not say that another store is useless and will try calling before telling us customers this.Eventually the abrupt lady calls and amazingly enough they answer only to find out that they dont have proof of purchase either? So how do you pay for a contract and you do not have proof of purchase? according to the poorly trained staff you need to always keep the proof of purchase on you.This is not the 1800's.We have technology! . So we decide to go to the lakeside mall in Benoni to take out another contract for an A3 from Zanele Moima and everything was sent through on the 4th of June till today we have not had any feedback???
