WHY NO FEEDBACK?

Me and my boyfriend Gianni have been trying to order a tablet online beause actually trying to get a Telkom branch to pick up their phones is impossible! We have probably tried around 7 times, phoning and applying online with a promise of a Telkom agent getting back to us. I understand if we have not qualified for the deal but how should we know this if no one communicates with us! Telkom advertises the tablet deal for a very reasonable price.... but they forget to advertise the waiting period might just be FOREVER!! This is truly bad service and we are considering going to another supplier ... and also not referring Telkom as a good service to friends and family.
