Why must we come to HelloPeter every time?

Clearly, you guys enjoy the negative feedback and damage to your already damaged reputation. I queried my account last month and I was told I was going to be contacted and your social media team promised me an updated statement on the 11th.

My business account was long settled and closed. And now all of a sudden I get calls from a Mrs Rossouw with a very nice attitude like yours who claims I owe Telkom R1500. How on earth did that even happen?

And on top of that, I know a client who hasn't had their number in over a year that is still paying for your services. It's really pathetic and sad to watch such grown-ups ironed shirts and heels behaving like little kids. Money doesn't grow on trees.
