Why must it always come to this?

It has been over two weeks since my original post, and I have yet to speak to a single person.

The phone that I ordered arrived (on Monday 19 June, i.e. 27 days after being charged for it), however, against the "strict" rules supp**** by Telkom, the courier just left the package with security instead of having me sign for it. The phone (Sony Xperia XZ) arrived without the included headphones offered by Telkom as part of the deal (a deal still being advertised online, today, 23 June 2017).

So the phone has arrived at the end of a FULL month for which Telkom has alread charged me the entire subscription, but during which time I never had either the phone, nor the sim card. I have not opened either the phone nor the sim since its arrival.

In the previous Hellopeter post I asked the Telkom representative to cancel my order, a request which was ignored. So as of today, I have instructed my bank to block any debit orders until such time as someone representing Telkom calls me, not someone that has to refer my call or "excalate" it, but someone that can actually help me.

I want one of two things: either this person can tell me how I can return the phone and sim card, and receive a full refund OR Telkom must completely correct the situation. Once this has been accomplished to my satisfaction I will lift the block on future payments
