Why must I fight with Telkom to cancel my contract

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I had cancelled my Smart Broadband service on thr 19th of May, I got a nice shock when my bill went off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a case and they eventually cancelled it, the problem is that they cancelled it on the day I opened to case which means I will have to pay another month</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it impossible to get Telkom to manage basic administrative tasks</p>
