Why Lie to your Customers
On the 10 March 2016, our phone line went dead, this was duly reported to Telkom. Fault ***. To date all we have had are a few ***** from their Technical department contact me with pure fabrications and Lies

19 March 2016, technician phones @ 11:30 to confirm he will be attending to Problem on 22 March 2016, Did not Arrive.

29 March 2016, technician phones @ 10:00 to confirm address and directions, states he is on his way and will be there within the hour, Must have been abducted by aliens, still awaiting his arrival.

2 April 2016, 3:00pm receive SMS to say that this fault has been rectified and is cleared off the system WITHOUT being resolved. The **** who did this was too lazy to check that the fault had been fixed, a simple phone call to the affected number would have indicated that the problem still exists.

I now demand that this be Escalated to the highest level, the fault log be reinstated and be rectified immediately. There is NO EXCUSE as to why this has been unresolved for nearly 4 weeks.

Is Telkom working its way to redundancy like the Post Office has????
