Why is Telkom using Skynet Worldwide Express?

We have been waiting for over 2 weeks for our fibre router to be delivered, which is with a courier company called Skynet Worldwide Express, which is a company with 63 one star reviews out of 63 reviews on Hellopeter. How on earth does a company the size of Telkom with all the courier options available to it end up using arguably the worst courier company in the country.
