WHY IS TELKOM SO PATHETIC???

Please can someone help me understand why telkom is pathetic?? I've tried to call every single branch in the Pretoria area to try and find out if someone can assist me regarding my upgrade, and not one store answered a single phone? i mean ***? ive never been so disappointing in my life with a service provider but this is really pathetic. i struggled for almost 2 weeks to get an upgrade date. this past weekend when i actually went inside a telkom store there was only 2 ****ing people working there and to no surprise at all was working at the slowest pace possible. I seriously not even surprised, it must be great working for telkom getting paid to do nothing. As soon as my full contract term is over i am canceling my contract and advising everyone thinking of moving to telkom to stay the **** away. Telkom is only good for the following things: 1. Wasting your time 2. Taking your money. IM DONE WITH TELKOM.
