Why is Telkom not responding here!!!!!

Why is Telkom not responding here, two months later, and I posted twice. You should not be in business if there is no customer service. You dedicate so much time in sales, and no after sale service. I can't get assistance over the phone, emails are not responded to, branch is not helping, while my money is being taken every single month for two things I did not signed up for. This has been a waste of my time.
