Why is Telkom ignoring me?

Dear Telkom<br> <br> During the Idols SA show, you had a competition (Unleash your fandom) where fans had to post a selfie in order to win the Huawei mobile phone. Apparently there were 3 mobile phones to give away.<br> <br> I tweeted to Telkom 3 times asking who are the winners, since I didn't see you announcing the winners of Twitter. All my tweets were deleted. I then posted your Facebook wall and commented on the post, all the peoples questions were answered EXCEPT mine. I also sent Telkom a message via Facebook inbox, no one responded.<br> <br> Are the 3 winners supposed to be a secret? Can you please tell us who the winners are! I think the public deserves to know.<br> <br> Thank you
