Why is Telkom falsifying my physical address and refusing to correct it

Start 2018 changed my postal address to same as physical address and without my knowledge Telkom had falsified my physical address and someone from Telkom had inputted the wrong information including the house number and apparently that's it. The consultant tried to change it. Contacted the Ethics Department 2x with no feedback. How they do security checks is beyond me and why is another question because they have already decided where I live. I have lived in the same house over 30 years.
