Why?!? & How?!?
<p>In the last 2 years my telkom line has broken 4 times @ an average of once every 6 months. I own my own business and I need the internet as it is an online shop. Every time this happens I need to use data to run my business which costs thousands seeing as Telkom usually takes it's time and I wait up to 2 weeks for the repairs. Today the line "broke" again. My question is how does it continuously break? When will my line be fixed? And how do I escalate this so it can be fixed before the long weekend? Please help!</p>
