Why don't Telkom care about service and their loyal cusomers

I had so much downtime before I got fiber that it was absurd. Internet was down more than 45 times in September - October last year, which is totally unacceptable. Telkom technicians where here many times to solve the problems and they change the port many times without solving the problems with the copper line. When I finally got fiber did it work as normal. I ordered 10 Mphs and soft cap at 50GB, and it was ok and down only 3 times during 4 months. I paid R945 per month which is enough compare to what I pay overseas. In March came one sale person at my door from Telkom. She offered me 20 Mphs and uncapped for R1265. I accepted this price and she guaranteed that this was the total price. It became a bit faster, but not much. However, when I got the invoice from Telkom was it at unreal R2156. How is it possible to pay this much for internet? I pay half of this amount for the same in Scandinavia where everything else is much more expensive than here in SA. It is a mystery that Telkom can charge so much for so little, but I guess when you have monopoly can you milk your customers. Nevertheless, I was promised a price at R1265 in total, and they charge me almost R1000 more. I went in the store and made a complaint 11 April. I received a ref number ***0. In light of this is it incomprehensible that Telkom still did not came back to me at all. The person in the shop that was a nice guy made the complaint on behalf of me, and he said Telkom would come back to me asap, and most likely the amount deducted at the next invoice. I was therefore shocked that the invoice for this month was at R2036,- How is that possible? I had to go to the store again yesterday and complain for the second time, since Telkom use baffling long time for their proceedings. Telkom offered me a price and thereafter they send two invoices that grossly mismatch the original price. On top of that do I have to spend much time to get the invoice in accordance with their first offer. I am very disappointed that Telkom still informed me that the case is still under investigating after such a long time. How about thinking about customers satisfaction when Telkom is the source of this problem. It should not take more than a month to solve this simple case, and they should not overcharge their loyal customers.
