Why does Telkom still exist, they need to be dumped somewhere far away

Why does Telkom still exist is my question. This "institution" should have closed down years ago.There is zero customer service.I cancelled my entire contract with Telk9m the28th June 2030 online and supp**** all the paperwork. Since then I have done the paperwork 3 times.Tried calling 10310 still nothing.The line was suspended in august but I see I am still being billed .I have a fibre connection why on Gods earth would I want Telkom as well.I am not paying them a cent but I need an email address because although I take screenshots of the cancellation I get no proof.Can someone tell me how to get rid of these archaic fools because all the do called service agents are non existent.They also dont reply here I see no surprise there.
