Why does NO ONE READ the reports???
Telkom called yesterday to fix our faulty ADSL & telephone line (same line) <br> The technician was given DETAILED feedback on the fault.<br> He said he understood the problem.<br> This morning my ADSL line is back to syncing at 8Mbs <br> I have had a 10 Mbs line for almost two years.<br> Why does no one ****ing pay attention????<br> Why? Why?
