Why does it take so long?

<p>Last week i posted a review about how pathetic Telkoms service is due to firstly putting me on the incorrect deal and not being able to fix it then debiting R20,000 from my account, the very next morning i received an email from Lindani Shusha from the Social Media team advising that they are "further assisting" with my query. It has now been more than a week with no feedback, i cannot get hold of the Cresta branch, nor can i get hold of the Clearwater branch (Where Carl Van Der Walt now works) and i just received a statement for a balance due of R20,934.35 for my next payment. This is ridiculous!!! Has everything i explained not made any sense to anyone at Telkom? this needs to recitifed before the end of this week or else i will take further action. I have not authorized this payment nor was i made aware of the amount and WHY that amount will be debited. This is such a violation of consumer rights. I have not signed for any acknowledgement of such payment.</p>
