WHY DO YOU DEBIT ME BEFORE MY DEBIT DATE

<p>i am angry, i get paid on the 20th but for some reason you debited me on the 19th . i called through your call centre and was advsed that if the debit date is a weekend you will debit a day before, REALLY why are you assuming that our omapnies will pay us a day before i work for a bank . now i have encountered bankinf fees because of you and i will get a bad name showing that i dont pay my debit orders on time. Who is liable for those banking fees defiantly not me. Just like other companies they ask should we debit a day before or a day after why are you special in that sense? so if my pay day is sunday you will still debit friday??? i am not happy , i always receommend people to telkom but if this is how you treat customers i dont see myself renewing my contracts. AGAIN I SAY I WORK FOR THE BANK SO THEY CAN PAY ME EVEN DURING THE WEEKEND, SOMEONE MUST SORT THIS OUT AND FAST </p>
