Why do you advertise something we cannot get???

<p>I noticed today the flyers, ad boards and Telkom website advertises a so-called "October Deal" where you can get 5GB+5GB+5GB+router for R199. I went to the shop to apply, and the sales agent Mxolisi Ndlovu said the deal is not loaded onto the system so that it is impossible to order it.</p>

Just an update: Got my router today after sending a few emails and complaints. Why do I always have to go to Hellopeter to get basic stuff done at Telkom?
