Why did I ever go with Helkom

This is just for record keeping purposes as your systems are down. A line was installed at my premises and you guys messed up by giving me something that I did not ask for. I have tried for 3 days to query this but you can not assist due to your server crash.

When my time runs out... Please make sure you keep in mind that this time you will not make me pay for your inability to service your clients.
