why did I even bother! !!

<p>I must say ...service at the promenade branch in Mitchells plain is pathetic. I was in the store about a week ago 2 get a promo contract. the queue at this store ...unbelievable! what makes it even worse!there was only two consultants for most of my almost if not more 30 min wait. a third consultant finally appeared. is there a staffing problem?a shifting problem?absenteeism problem?does everybody just finish work at the same time?surely you should know by now when the store gets busy and have enough staff.I finally get to see a consultant only to b told that there was no stock of the promo that I wanted and it will be ordered.I received a message yesterday to inform me my package is ready for collection. when I get to the store the wrong color was ordered and now I have to wait for who knows how long for this to b corrected. I should of just gone to mtn!I would of received the phone immediately and wouldn't of had to waste my time with *********** people.I still feel like I should just cancel the entire contract.what I have learned from this experience is,if u need a phone urgently. ..don't go to telkom! </p>
