Why cant you just cancel my contract

<p>I have called telkom so many times to cancel my contract and all I have been.asking first is a settlememt letter which clearly cannot be provided.I want a settlement letter and I want my account with Telkom cancelled as in ASAP. I want someone to call me back with feedback</p>
