why cant i leave

on the 19th of january i contacted telkom to change to MWEB they then emailed me on the 20th of Jan telling me to contact my new service provider with in 5 days to take over the line. i have now been disconnected since the 29th of January 2016. now telkom only wants to release my number on the 19th of FEB 2016. and untill then im going to be without internet. <br> i want my number to released TODAY 05/02/2016 so that i can get connected with my new service provider.<br> this is completely unfair towards me, WHY disconnect me if you only going to release my number on the 19th of FEB!!! <br> <br>
