WHY BILL ME FOR A SERVICE YOU CANT RENDER????COURT CASE PENDING!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am writing this with great frustration towards telkom! MORE THAN A YEAR AGO i app**** for a telephone line,ADSL and ADSL line rental package with telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>They sent me a SMS that a technician was gonna come and install the line with in a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>A month went by and no technician came out AND NO COMMUNICATION from telkom was received. I was appaulled by this and went to a branch. BELLVILLE BRANCH(WESTERN CAPE). They told me they can't render the service because of cable theft in the area where I live. </p> <p>I accepted this and went to a different provider and got me wireless internet. </p> <p>A month go buy and telkom deducts money from my account. I immediately made contact with telkom and ask why are they deducting money for a SERVICE YOU SAID YOU CANT RENDER??? A YEAR LATER YOU STILL DEDUCTING AND COSTING ME ENDLESS AMMOUNTS OF BANK FEES FOR REVERSALS. i HAVE CONTACTED THIS USELESS CALL CENTRE AND EVERYONE I SPOKE TO CLAIM THAT THEY WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THEN THE END OF THE MONTH COMES AND STILL YOU TAKE MY MONEY.</p> <p>I was recently contacted by a COMPANY CALLED NIC. Telling ME THAT TELKOM HANDED ME OVER FOR NON PAYMENT. what THE **** DO YOU PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE DOING HANDING ME OVER AND DAMAGING MY CREDIT RECORD FOR A SERVICE YOU SAID YOU CANT RENDER ME?????</p> <p> </p> <p>I PULLED MY CREDIT RECORD TODAY AND SAW THAT YOU HAD ME LISTED. I AM NOW TIRED OF THIS ****. I AM GOING TO SUE YOU FOR DAMAGES. NO MORE NEGOTIATIONS. IF YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THIS FOR ME THEN I WILL ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE FOR YOU AT YOUR COST.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOU ARE RUINING MY LIFE WITH YOUR BULL ****</p>
