WHY AM I STILL WITH TELKOM

It amazing I pay Telkom every month let my Internet go down , they will report it to Vumatel no one can tell the SLA between Telkom and Vuma , it's bad enough dealing with loadshedding now I have to deal with no internet as well Ref :ISP-*** hours later still not resolved 2mrw will be fun I work 4rm home
