Why am I on Telkom NGN

Who is Telkom NGN??? An account has been opened in April 2020 in my name. Please investigate this as I have never signed up or opened an account with Telkom NGN. Now it has just been brought to my attention that I'm now on ITC because of this. Please assist with resolving this urgently. This is totally unacceptable. I want my name cleared today.
