Why am I getting such bad service from you?

<p>We've had about 3 techicians come to our house to sort out our telkom line. None of them have done what i've asked for. The first technician just plugged in my phone, he used OUR extention cord because the telkom line was too short. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX IT AS HE PROMISED. The 2nd technician, pulled out most of the lines that was plugged in. He atleast tested and extended the line upstairs in my bedroom, STILL a very sloppy job. The line in the study doesn't work. We've had to leave the modem and everything on my bedroom floor because we can't move it. We can't use the house phone because it's noisy.The 3rd technician came and left, said we needed to buy filters. I called in and they said we need to buy filters.WHAT IS THAT??In all the years that we've been with telkom we've never had to BUY EXTRA filters. Can we please just have our line sorted and installed properly?</p> <p> </p>
