Why am I billed for a non existent service????
Telkom informed me via sms that they won't be replacing the cables in my area due to repetitive theft. However I just received an email stating the following

Dear Valued Telkom Customer. Your Telkom account *** is R208 this month, and is due on the 2015/03/02. Thank you.

Why must I pay for a service that does not exist. I have no voice line and internet services. The cables were ****** in December already.

I'm struggling to get through to Telkoms customer care. Please can they just sort out my bill and cancel everything I have with them.
