Why advertise deals that don't exist?

I have been hunting around for a new mobile phone service provider for the last few months and in early July I was very excited to find that Telkom offered a great deal on the iPhone 6 64GB model on their Smart Plan contracts. I immediately went into a branch in Cape Town city centre and signed a contract and ordered the phone. That was in July and I still haven't received a phone - or any feedback on when I will get the phone. I have tried another branch subsequently with pretty much the same results.<br> <br> That equals two months of waiting for a phone to arrive. Two f*cking months!<br> <br> Telkom, I am trying to give you guys business and you are making it all but impossible for me. What is the point of advertising these deals if they don't actually exist?
