Why adertise if you can't get it?

I went to the Telkom store after I saw a mi-fi router going for R649.00. I tried to purchase it but they didn't have it in store. They reffered me to the sales department (call center), then they tell me they cn't help me, not even offering me some sort of option or solution for my problem.
