Why add an add-on without my approval

<p><br />Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Telkom via web chat enquiring about the internet add-on for R69.</p> <p> </p> <p>Temelo Faith was the agent who helped me, Tumelo just told me that the add-on was added and I can remove this from next month. When I asked who added it she just closed the chat. This is really unacceptable. 1 for Telkom to add a something to my account without my consent and 2 for an agent to close a chat without hearing me out</p> <p> </p> <p>So I need the R69 to be charged back I cannot pay for something I did not request and I need you to take Tumelo to a customer care workshop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,<br />Fezile</p>
