Who/what is Telkom NGN?

I have no idea who Telkom NGN is. They say that I open an account which is in arrears but how could I have an account that is in arrears if I never concluded an agreement with them? Even if there were unicorns floating on candyfloss clouds proving that there was an agreement I deny that there was an agreement and that I owe any money to Telkom NGN. In addition, the adverse listing is based not only on a ********** listing but if there were an amount owing the claim had prescribed. To reiterate, nothing stated herein can be attributed as having acknowledged owing money to Telkom NGN. I hereby expressly deny that I owe money to Telkom NGN. The email address that they have has not existed for close on to 20 years! Someone has to take them to task! Credit bureaus - don't let them list without proving that there was an account as they put forth ********** claims.
