Who's spamming you? - You are. - No we're not.

I've been receiving marketing MMSs from Telkom Mobile for a few months now. I've used the opt-out codes every time I received one (each MMS contains two different opt-out codes for no apparent reason). I've contacted their support staff multiple times about this.

he first time I was told to "Google the contact number for the marketing department of the company sending me spam" because the idiot didn't understand that they came FROM TELKOM MOBILE.

The second time I was told that they would look into it and call me back, and asked for an alternative number (???). I gave my fiancé's number, and surprise surprise, they phone HIM, and then ask "Why am I phoning you?" and I never hear of it again.

I just want the spam to stop. I've tried every opt-out code I've received, none of them seem to have done anything and I just received one more this morning.
