Whole week still no feedback on contract??

<p>I app**** for a contract in the Cresta Store on Saturday the 01 July 2017 its almost a week now and the consultant still hasnt contacted me to tell me anything regarding the progress of the application. service?? Consulant tells me that i can collect Monday, Lastest tuesday so i waited patiently yet still no feedback. Contacted the Sales department they advised that yes they see that a order was placed on saturday after that they cannot tell when the contract will be processed and no feedback or turnaround time as when i will get an answer on the pending application.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean had i known that this was gonna be such a useless service, i would've just went to another service provider!!! and thats exactly what i will do Today because Telkoms consultants give feedback !! </p> <p> </p>
