whole week and not being able to be registered to the telkom mobile network

this is crazy, ive been in and out of the Telkom store at traderoute mall in lenasia, on anf the phone with customer care, its been over a week now and i just cant get through to the network. i was not able to use the network all of a sudden and till today i cant get connected, no calls o messages nada. this is really frustrating now and considering moving to another network carrier. please sort this problem out as i need my phone for work.
