Whole town without internet

In the last month it happend a few time (3-4 times) that the whole of Telkom's Dsl services for Standerton is offline. Today again this is the case. This is causing huge 3G bills as all data needs to be done via cellular networks. Surely if this problem presists and keeps on happening should a company like Telkom investigate snd replace/repair what is needed.
