Who the hell does Telkom think they are?

I posted on here a few days ago that my Telkom BUSINESS lines are down and so is our internet. A few months back our lines and internet were down over a month in total .

I see the same problem happening here again, weeks of no Telephone and ADSL lines, this is unnaceptable that Telkom can take so long to repair a fault, They don't care a damn, our business is online, live shopping carts trading and we can't process or respond to these customers, how are we supposed to survive and bear the embarrassment and financial loss as a result of this inept dysfunctional Telco that is obviously mismanaged and has now outsourced their repair section making it worse than ever before.
