Who should be send to Debt collectors

<br> Telkom connecting people, that's what I thought when I bought an IPad with them. Things were going well until I switched banks and moved my debit orders, My new bank forget Telkom so I missed 3 Months pay, then I preceded to call them to make arrangement about catching up on my payments END of June, which I did as promised ....Now my debt is written off from them,i my be blacklisted, IPad is offline .....who should be blacklisted? who is Nubdebt telling me to deposit to them or arrange payment? have you sold my debt even after I called you and was on hold for 20 odd minutes?...to ensure that I repair our relationships?
