Who made this decision?

I found out today, a month after I thought I would receive the hardware for my home Telkom Home line that I did not receive it because my application was rejected.<br> <br> I also found out today that they are not allowed to mail me the conditions for the rejection but that the person that called me rejected it. Is this based on the telephonic conversation we had when she \interviewed"me?<br> <br> Strange that she could not work out why I get paid by the company that I own"
