Who Knows whats going on?

I literally never know whats happening with my Telkom account. . last week I was in arrears of 2200 and this shocked me a bit , so I payed 1000 rand in and owed 1200, then I recieved an SMS a few days later stating that im in arrears and that they will suspend my account, So I log onto my portal again and now my 1200 Is 1500 all of a sudden, So I payed the amount. Today I get my statement saying that my 1500 amount is only due for the end of June. Also, my statement shows that im paying for 2 telkom bills, but Telkom says no its not.
